Anche se pensano di procedere e progredire, marciano sul posto. Cambiano solo armi  e  slogan. As the individual can be marked throughout the life by a certain  event and then recreate situations sharing that meaning, sometimes an entire population can have similar reactions. Even if they think to  move forward, they are only marching on the spot.
